Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, or store associate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and in-store retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales through suggested purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout the shift; assume responsibility for assigned activities.
• Follow all processes and company policies, including safety and respectful workplace rules.
