Qualifications

• DBS enhanced check required, paid by Trust.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide community clinical service visiting patients at home, clinics and Community Hospital settings.
• Collaborate with team to manage locality caseload as needed.
• Develop specialist skills by working with experienced SLTs in the community.
• Refer and attend Videofluoroscopy clinic as appropriate.
• Attend regular local SLT meetings with CPD focus.
• Opportunity to supervise Band 5 therapists and SLT assistants.
