Job summary

Work Ready Texas seeks a Special Education Vocational Classroom Instructor to guide students with disabilities through the VAT curriculum in a high school setting. Qualifications

Completion of at least 60 college credit hours and a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Classroom Experience.
Two 30-hour online credentialing courses are required before starting. Paid for by Work Ready. $500 bonus for completion of both courses.
Teaching certification is helpful.

Responsibilities

Teach through the VAT curriculum in a high school classroom.
Utilize multiple instructional approaches to develop Work Personality, Interests, Values, and Transferable skills.
In-person and virtual classes with flexible schedules based on school calendars.
