Job summary

Choice Health at Home in Aurora, CO seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist for a flexible part-time role (minimum 15 visits/week) to join our patient-centered team and make meaningful differences daily.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders and develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of rehab experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans to restore communication and swallowing.
• Support patients through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.
• Teach speech exercises, voice improvements, and alternative communication methods.
• Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week with flexible scheduling.
