Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist for a flexible 10-20 hour per week schedule. Compensation ranges from $52 to $57 per hour, with therapy services across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A valid state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapy skills with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: evaluate speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities.
• Treatment and Education: implement evidence-based therapies and educate patients/families.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of evaluations and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
