Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Middletown, PA. This role offers flexible, anchored shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform. The position emphasizes customer service, security patrols, and access control at a technology/telecom site.

Pay is $17.99 per hour. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and meet background and drug screening requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control or badge management is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for daily tasks.
• Customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials, and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
