You’ll help secure a tech/media site and support a professional, safe workplace. Role includes fixed shifts, optional additional shifts, and opportunities to grow toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site contacts and following Allied Universal and client site procedures.
