Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Support in Boise, ID. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six‑month commitment and a parallel Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program that lets you pick up extra shifts across multiple sites.

The position provides part‑time hours, a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, and opportunities to build toward a full‑time schedule up to 40 hours per week. A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow site policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and delivery activity, and documenting entry and exit information in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and preparing accurate reports as required.
• Observe food and beverage facility operations for unusual conditions, report hazards or security‑related concerns, and support adherence to site access and visitor management procedures.
