Job summary

Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Screening Compliance Reviewer. You will support client sites with screening procedures and incident response, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role offers flexible anchor shifts, opportunities to pick up additional shifts across sites, and pathways to higher hours or full-time roles.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and selected items entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor access points and shipping or receiving areas, verify credentials and authorization, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, including the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading zones, and document security-related observations.
