Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on role.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.
• Experience in customer service or security-related procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors and exteriors to identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures; document activities and incidents.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and protect property.
