Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Greenwich, CT. This part-time enhanced role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, aiming for a total schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and patrols across the site, with a six-month anchor shift commitment and clear responsibilities

Qualifications

• State or local security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements; assist with directing guests, vendors, and delivery personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional presence throughout the location.
