Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to provide customer service and follow site policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the manufacturing location by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and following visitor and contractor check-in procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
