Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required by policy.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports accurately and promptly.
