Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and approvals.
• Monitor entry and exit activity and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
