Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Flex ‑ Enhanced Part Time in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role offers reliable, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform to earn more.

Pay rate is $19.50 per hour and the position supports a flexible, part‑time schedule. You will provide customer service, perform security procedures, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate facilities, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities or maintenance concerns.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
