Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Beachwood, OH. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

You will support patients, visitors and staff with security procedures, patrols, and incident response. The position emphasizes flexible hours, income stability, and opportunities to build toward a fuller schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent needed.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and grounds.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with hospital staff and responders.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions and adherence to procedures.
• Document observations and patrols in site-specific reports.
