Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and safety concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Assist with access control and maintain incident documentation.
