Securitas Global Clients America is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Albuquerque, NM. The position involves monitoring premises, access control, and patrolling multiple client sites to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires strong customer service, vigilance, and the ability to work independently. The Security Officer will follow post orders, perform rounds, and respond to incidents with professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
• Driver Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out duties of similar scope as required for assigned site.
