Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Frisco, TX. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed anchor shifts and the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service at a healthcare facility, perform patrols, and respond to incidents as needed. The position targets candidates seeking part-time employment with income stability, training opportunities, and career growth toward full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare facility policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and escalating concerns when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and vendor activity in accordance with facility procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
