• Awareness of security procedures and access control processes.
• Ability to follow site-specific policies and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Manage access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitor registrations, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related technology; report irregularities and elevate concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity or security-related concerns.
