Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Driver for Tampa, FL. This role includes on-site access-control duties and driving responsibilities, with a Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and a pay rate of $21.49 per hour.

It offers flexibility and potential path to full-time within a supportive team. Responsibilities include screening visitors and drivers, monitoring entry points, logging activities, responding to incidents, and patrolling to deter unauthorized

Qualifications

Possess Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) issued by TSA.
Valid driver's license is required.
Background check per federal, state and local laws.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors and personnel at access-control procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and maintain access records.
Respond to access-control incidents and report concerns to site contacts.
Conduct regular patrols of access points and surrounding areas.
Maintain clear activity logs and incident reports.
