Allied Universal has an opening for a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Monitoring in Watsonville, CA. This role offers reliable, base hours with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. You will gain hands-on security experience while supporting a welcoming healthcare environment.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The position emphasizes flexibility, a six‑month anchor shift commitment, and opportunities to scale to a fuller schedule while maintaining balance

Competenze

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures and hospital policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and accessibility concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
• Direct visitors and support a welcoming healthcare environment while maintaining confidentiality.
