Job summary

Naples Classical Academy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct speech and language therapy for K–12 students across 24 hours per week. The role requires collaboration with ESE staff, teachers, and families to support academic and communication goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and FL licensure, with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Flexible 3-day schedule, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., on-site in Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CCC-SLP certificate from ASHA.
• Florida SLP license in good standing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with K–12 students and diverse needs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students.
• Assess needs using standardized tools and records.
• Develop and update IEPs with ESE Coordinator.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff.
• Participate in RTI/MTSS screenings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records per DOE/Health rules.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Support students’ emotional/behavioral needs as required.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning.
