Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor is always stocked and ready for checkout.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
