• Scheduled Pick-Up & Delivery: Deliver freshly sharpened sets & products according to established routes and schedules.
• Brand Representation: Uphold ZWILLING’s reputation for quality and professionalism with every client interaction, fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sharpening technicians and customer service team to coordinate service schedules and address client needs.
• Technology & CRM Usage: Utilize tablets, Salesforce, route management tools, and other digital platforms to access client information, document visits, update account details, and support sales and payment activity.
• Product Sales & Recommendations: Identify opportunities to recommend and sell ZWILLING products and services based on customer needs while supporting account growth.
