Job summary

Nuvia Staffing in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse focused on medication compliance and staff training. The RN will review medications, ensure orders match physician instructions, and provide guidance to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• 3+ years RN clinical or home health experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple LA area, Lancaster, Yucca Valley.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly medication audits across residential homes to verify compliance.
• Review MARs and physician orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve medication-related issues.
• Provide clinical coaching and training to LVNs and staff.
• Develop corrective action plans to address audit findings.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and progress updates.
