Job summary

Chuck Latham Associates (CLA) is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser in Independence, KS. You will perform merchandising tasks, educate staff, and promote brand awareness while visiting stores monthly within your territory. A smart device is used in-store to capture photos and submit surveys.

Qualifications

• Must have a smart device/tablet with internet access.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Prior merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (some weekends possible).
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks: compliance checks, shelf availability, POP installs, displays, resets, and educate staff.
• Promote brand awareness and sales by engaging store associates and customers.
• Build relationships as liaison between clients, store staff and management.
• Visit assigned stores monthly within territory; adjust workload per surge projects.
• Use a smart device in-store to take photos and submit completion surveys.
• Seasonal demo opportunities may be available.
