Job summary

Chuck Latham Associates is hiring a part-time Retail Merchandiser in Independence, KS to promote multiple product lines in specialty retailer stores. The position pays hourly and includes mileage/drive time reimbursement and a monthly smart device stipend, with monthly flexible hours.

Responsibilities include merchandising tasks, improving on-shelf availability, educating staff and customers, building incremental displays, and visiting stores within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a smart device/tablet with reliable internet.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Prior merchandising experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks including compliance checks and displays.
• Promote brand awareness and sales to store staff and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships between clients, stores and management.
• Visit assigned stores monthly within territory, adjusting for surge projects.
• Use a smart device to take photos and submit surveys; participate in seasonal demos.
