Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time inspectors to visit residential construction sites and capture progress photos using our mobile app. You will submit photos for reports and coordinate scheduling, with inspections typically completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.

This flexible, independent role is ideal for retirees, students, or anyone seeking extra income, with pay starting from $35 per inspection and opportunities expanding across Oregon regionally.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and part-time availability.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet required; Pruvan app compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred.
• PPE gear including closed-toe shoes and safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of assigned properties via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
