Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time inspectors to visit residential construction sites and document progress with photos using a mobile app. The role offers flexible hours and the ability to work independently, often on a per-project basis across Ohio.

You will travel to sites, capture interior and exterior progress, and submit photos for reports. A reliable vehicle and a current smartphone or tablet are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and part-time inspections.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app.
• Devices should be no older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app for reports.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
