Job summary

Laurus is seeking a Receptionist in Jackson, TN. This part-time role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with a $14 per hour pay. TheReceptionist will provide courteous service to residents and the public, handling calls, check-ins, mail distribution, and coordination with the Leasing Team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver all mail and internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
