Job summary

Top Penguin ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will deliver therapy sessions, collect and organize data, and help maintain thorough session notes and treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

In a collaborative, supportive team, you will participate in regular meetings, contribute to progress updates, and support families with compassionate communication.

Qualifications

• Completion of the RBT training program.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill-building and behavior reduction.
• Collecting and organizing data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to analyze results and inform treatment decisions.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, data collection, and treatment plans.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, share ideas, and address any concerns or questions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
