Unlocking The Spectrum LLC is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Houston, Texas. In this part-time role, you will work directly with clients to implement treatment plans and help promote skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in client homes.
• Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect data on client progress and session outcomes.
