Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time in-home sessions with clients across home, school, and community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma; bachelor preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
