Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings on a part-time basis with growth to full-time as caseloads expand. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and work with families and BCBA teams.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have ABA-related experience, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
