Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children in-home and in community settings in Indiana. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy programs and teaching functional skills to help children reach their goals.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Hours are after school, 15–20 per week, with growth opportunities and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
