Job summary

Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings in Indiana. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing ABA programs and teaching targeted skills to meet functional goals.

The role offers after-school hours, 15–20 hours per week, with opportunities for supervision and advancement. A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma are required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Criminal background check must be passed.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license required.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet their functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
