Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement ABA programs, teach functional skills, and document progress in our data system, while collaborating with families to ensure consistent behavior plan realization. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
