Job summary

Heartland Behavior, based in Nebraska, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based plans and recording progress data.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification or are willing to obtain it before working, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
