Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions while collaborating with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children with Autism, demonstrate patience and compassion, and can maintain composure in challenging situations. Flexible hours and paid training are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
