Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking registered behavior technicians to join our dedicated ABA team in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. Positions start part-time with potential for growth, and we offer Same Day Pay and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

As part of a supportive clinical team, you will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with families to promote client progress. We provide pathways for BCBA schooling and professional advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
