Job summary

BK Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team and support clients in achieving their goals through one-on-one ABA services.

You will work as a part-time member of a dedicated clinical team, delivering evidence-based interventions, recording data, and collaborating with families to foster positive outcomes. Training is provided for continued skill development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion with a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Occasionally support in-home or community-based sessions as scheduled.
