BK Behavior in Ohio seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement care plans under supervision, track progress with digital data tools, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patient and compassionate with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
