Randstad USA in Geneva, IL is looking for a Part-Time Production & Assembly Associate to join a fast-paced team. You’ll pack, wrap, and build high-quality products on your own schedule and shift, with a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM window.

You'll contribute to safety and quality, follow direction from group leads and supervisors, and stay active on the production floor as needed. Benefits include medical and 401K eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training in production, assembly, or packing is preferred (but we welcome motivated team players!).
• Communication skills: Able to clearly communicate and follow instructions from leadership.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multi-shift operations.
• Safety first mindset: Dedicated to keeping yourself and your teammates safe every day.

Aufgaben

• Build, package, and wrap products according to specifications on our assembly lines.
• Champion safety and quality by promptly flagging issues to line leads or supervisors.
• Keep moving on the production floor with diverse hands-on tasks as the line needs.
• Collaborate by taking direction from Group Leads and Production Supervisors to keep the team running smoothly.
