Randstad USA in Geneva, IL is looking for a Part-Time Production & Assembly Associate to join a fast-paced team. You’ll pack, wrap, and build high-quality products on your own schedule and shift, with a 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM window.

You'll contribute to safety and quality, follow direction from group leads and supervisors, and stay active on the production floor as needed. Benefits include medical and 401K eligibility.

• Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training in production, assembly, or packing is preferred (but we welcome motivated team players!).
• Communication skills: Able to clearly communicate and follow instructions from leadership.

Job Description:

Looking for total flexibility? As a Part-Time Production & Assembly Associate, you get to pick when you work and build a schedule that fits your life! You'll be a key player on a fast-paced team, working right at the heart of the action to pack, wrap, and build high-quality products on your own time.

What You'll Do

• Build & Package: Assemble, wrap, and pack top-quality products according to specifications on our assembly lines.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Keep a sharp eye out for quality or safety issues and alert line leads or supervisors immediately.
• Keep Things Moving: Stay active on the production floor throughout your shift, taking on diverse hands‑on tasks as the line needs.
• Collaborate: Take direction from Group Leads and Production Supervisors to keep the team running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Active Role: Able to stand for the full shift, walk, stoop, crouch, and navigate multi-level areas with stairs.
• Lifting: Regularly lift up to 15 lbs (boxes, rolls of film, carton bales) and occasionally maneuver up to 25 lbs using hoists, pallet jacks, or carts.
• Environment: Dynamic, multi-shift production environment (can be noisy, wet/humid, or range in temperature from refrigerated to warm depending on the season).

work hours: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only (steel toe or composite toe).
