Job summary

Product Connections is seeking part-time Product Demonstrators to engage Sam's Club members with live product demonstrations. You will interact with customers, provide product samples, answer questions, and ensure positive shopping experiences while representing nationally recognized brands.

No prior demonstration experience is required as training is provided; we offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling, with part-time benefits available and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, brand promotion, or product demonstrations is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers and promote products.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using schedules, reporting tools, email, and company systems on a smartphone/tablet/computer.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of featured products and promotions.
• Proactively engage and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate shoppers on product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using approved appliances and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work area.
• Set up, operate, and break down demonstration events.
• Execute assigned events and program requirements accurately and completely.
• Assist with client visits, audits, and corrective action items as needed.
• Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and online submissions accurately and on time.
• Utilize company technology and reporting tools to manage assignments.
• Follow all company policies and retailer guidelines.
