Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Teacher for preschool/daycare in Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas. You will substitute in licensed centers serving children aged 0-5, with flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours, and no teaching license required.

Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, with bonuses up to $300 in 90 days and a $100 bonus after the first 8 hours in your first week. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible travel.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred CDA credential and related coursework in early childhood education

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers when staff are out
• Care for and support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities
• Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center
• Help with activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play
• Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment
