Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group, headquartered in Chicago, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care facilities across senior living communities. This part-time, 1099 role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to impact mobility and quality of life for residents.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat foot conditions, provide diabetic foot care and wound prevention, and collaborate with facility staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification required.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years' podiatry experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
• Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
