Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Podiatrist to deliver compassionate care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living communities. The role is part-time (1099) with flexible scheduling and a focus on clinical care over administrative burden.

You will provide podiatric services, manage diabetic foot care, and educate patients and caregivers while working with a supportive team and leveraging company-provided EMR tools.

Qualifications

• DPM degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health.
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care.
• Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
