Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a physician to join our clinical team in North Carolina on a part-time basis (at least 3 days per week). You will manage your own panel, see 16–25 patients daily, and provide continuity of care for residents in skilled nursing facilities.

The role emphasizes autonomy, independence, and building lasting relationships with patients and families, with flexible hours and a focus on long-term care and episodic visits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school is required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation; Medicare opt-in is required.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day in long-term chronic care and acute issues.
• Manage wellness visits, H&Ps, and chronic disease; coordinate with specialists and facility staff.
